WoodBox.ca is a division of Quintessential Canada Inc., Canada’s largest manufacturer of wooden wine and gift boxes. Alongside our commercial production work, we build single, bespoke wedding boxes for couples, families and organizations who want to mark the occasion with something lasting.
A wedding gift is a once-in-a-lifetime gesture, and the presentation should carry that weight. A well-crafted wood box communicates thoughtfulness, quality and care that lasts well beyond the wedding day — and there is no minimum order.
Each box is handcrafted in Ontario from Eastern White Pine — with Cherry, Maple and Black Walnut available — using box-joint construction, then personalized in-house with engraving, embossed leather, monograms and custom-fit interiors.

Yes. Wedding boxes are built as single, custom pieces — there is no minimum order quantity. We handle everything from a one-off keepsake to commercial-volume programs, and a wedding gift sits firmly at the bespoke end.
How much lead time do you need?
Lead time depends on the complexity of the piece and our current production schedule. Let us know your wedding date when you submit your inquiry and we will confirm what is achievable — rush production may be available depending on capacity.
What personalization options are available?

Do you ship outside Ontario?
