Every box is manufactured in Ontario using box-joint construction — no nails or staples — from Eastern White Pine, with Cherry, Maple and Black Walnut available for premium projects. In-house wood-imprint branding and laser engraving keep design, production and finishing under one roof.

In-House Branding & Laser Engraving
Branding is done on a 20-ton wood-imprint press and a commercial laser engraver in our own shop. We recommend the method best suited to your artwork, quantity and finish, and email a layout for approval before production.

We run consistent output batch to batch, with reliable lead times and a structured reorder process. Established specifications and branding are kept on file so repeat programs stay identical over time.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order for wine boxes is 12. For presentation and gift boxes it depends on the box configuration and level of customization — we handle everything from bespoke one-off pieces to commercial-volume repeat programs. Send us your estimated quantity and we will recommend the most economical approach.
How do you brand the boxes?
Branding is done in-house. Wood-imprint branding uses a 20-ton heat press that deboss-stamps up to 10″ × 15″ and is the more economical choice for runs over 12 — the branding plate is reusable, so reorders cost less again. Laser engraving suits smaller runs, sequential numbering and adding names. We recommend the method based on your artwork, quantity and finish.
What wood and finish options are available?
Eastern White Pine — Ontario’s official arboreal emblem — is our standard material, with Cherry, Maple and Black Walnut available for premium projects. Finishes are Natural Pine, an eco-friendly non-toxic oil in Antique Pine or Walnut, or an aniline stain for a more affordable rustic look.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
Yes. We ship across Canada — including Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec — and to the contiguous United States. Our Canadian-made boxes qualify for duty-free entry into the U.S. where applicable under current trade requirements.
